How to Use:

Traditional Style Preparation: Add 1-2 g (0.03 - 0.07oz) of matcha powder to 60-80ml (2.03-2.72oz) of hot water (70-80℃), and whisk with a chasen (bamboo whisk) until frothy.

How to Storage:

Avoid heat, light and humidity, store in a cool and dark place.

Consume it as soon as possible after opening and reseal the bag tightly after each consumption.

After opening the bag, storing in a fridge would be the best way to extend its lifespan and control oxidization.
